February 1, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #25 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #11-0026 FOR RECYCLING SERVICES - SCRAP METALS AND WHITE GOODS Description Bids to provide 'Recycling Services - Scrap Metals and White Goods' were received from two vendors on December 9, 2010.  The bid of Trademark Metals Recycling, LLC, was the best bid meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of two years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. These services will generate revenue for the District. Recommendation That the bid of Trademark Metals Recycling, LLC, to provide 'Recycling Services - Scrap Metals and White Goods' be approved for award.
